The first step is a Teams interview and an insane UCAT test which if you never did one, the difficulty make no sense for the role they offer. I had a bad result in that test but the recruiter invited me to an interview anyway without asking about availability. I couldn’t make it for that day, he directly changed for the next day without asking again. He finally canceled 5 minutes before the interview. A waste of time and disrespect. This was the worst experience and the worst recruiter I’ve ever met in my career.
