I used Microsoft Teams to have an interview. the HR tried to contact me via Linkedin, I had not experienced many interviews using Teams, so had to deal with the program. There were 2 people; one was the rigging supervisor and the other was the producer. Firstly, they asked about my previous company experience and demo reel then mentioned their current project, which was a Batman cartoon for kids, and they needed a character rigger who can use various rigging scripts and tools like SPINE or Advanced Skeleton. then they asked me a couple of questions; for instance, what was the most challenging part of my past rigging experience and how I solved the issue. They also wanted to see my most recent works. I think things are going to be too specific to assume who am I for them, so I believe it's better to cut here.
