The first round of interaction was a 15 minute catch up call to understand my expectations as well as what the team is looking for.
The next day was an assignment round to understand my thought process, approach and to test my soft skills followed by an evaluation round by the Director of Sales Development
After clearing the above round, I had my final interview with the Director of Sales and it was far from a normal "Sell me this/that" kinda interview, and it was really to understand my goals and how can the team help me achieve that.
Infact all my interview rounds have been a discussion of my strengths and areas where I can improve and how can I take these and grow in my career and not just w.r.t. to the company.

Question 1
What makes you want to join a startup as raw as Slintel which is a year old and leave your job at a well established SaaS company
The interview process was very smooth. I had the 1st round with the Director of Sales and it mostly consisted of questions around the company and my personality. Second round was conducted by the CEO and it was purely casual where the motive was to understand each other better and set expectations.
Overall a smooth and good experience!!

The interview was super fun. Was interviewed by the founder of the company as I was the 1st SDR joining Slintel. There were 3-4 rounds consisting of cold emails, pitching my previous company's product.
