The first level recruiter was not very timely or knowledgeable. The testing process is a little excessive. The first two tests were straightforward but they have a very complex deductive reasoning test that only applies to certain salary ranges.
2 Rounds -
1st with an HR rep who reviewed my resume and logistics
2nd was with my hiring manager, who didn't really have an agenda. It was very conversational and fluid.
