Had a great interview process with Slalom. The recruiter was transparent and easy to work with. You can tell she cares not only about the company and finding the right people but also that the role is best fit for the candidate as well. I had several interviewers, probably more than average. In the end though I think this was for the better. Seeing that everyone at Slalom is great to interact with and to know that all of those people from different roles believe you are the right person for the job was very positive. Recruiter did a great job communicating with me throughout the process.
