The interview process at Slalom was refreshingly different from many other companies I've interviewed with - it was extremely efficient, organized, and accommodating. I spoke with many employees throughout the organization (in technical/non-technical and leadership/non-leadership positions) and felt like each was treated more as a conversation rather than an interrogation. They seemed genuinely interested in getting to know you on a more personal level and the types of questions I was asked seemed geared more towards getting a better understanding of your problem solving abilities and working style as opposed to trying to stump you or testing your knowledge of common industry buzzwords. The entire process took a little over 2 weeks.
