The overall experience was awful. To set up a meeting was almost impossible. I had to prepare 2 presentations with ideas, tests amd conclusions. I had several calls from hhrr and three video calls with the recruiters.
They asked me many things and was not selected for thongs that they did not ask me.

Entretien
One month after my application in December I receive an email saying that the process would be delayed until January.
After 3 month I get contacted by email for a first phone interview.
Half an hour before the interview I receive an email saying it needs to be rescheduled.
After sending different time proposals and receiving a “I’m the busiest person in the world” kind of answer I ask him to send me his calendar so I can adjust to his busy agenda.
Two weeks later I receive a call from the most obnoxious person I have ever talked with. The connection was terrible and the accent impossible to understand… he was:
1. Hard to understand because if a very strong accent on top of speaking really fast
2. Bragging about having received more than 800 applications for the role
3. Saying that he had no part in the decision making (I wonder why does he talk to candidates then?)
4. Asked me only 3 very irrelevant questions to moments after sending me an email saying I’m no longer in the process
A complete waste of time and the most awkward experience ever. If this is the recruitment process I cannot imagine how it is working there…
