Really simple, quick, and clear interview process - got an offer about 1.5 weeks after applying online. First stage was a very friendly and informative HR call. Next was an overview of my experience with a senior data engineer - was mostly drawing architecture of what I've previously worked on, describing everything in detail, and answering questions (both on what happened and what could happen hypothetically). I got invited to the final rounds the same day. Next was a system design interview relevant to the Data Engineering space and a cultural fit check. Both very clear and easy, and there was a friendly preparation HR call before these too. Very easy and smooth process! One tip would be to apply to multiple jobs of interest at the company - this makes it more likely to be invited to the HR stage, and at this point you may be able to pick which role to proceed with.
