The interview started with some structured questions but then lead to an open discussion where I described in detail my previous work and technologies used including reasons for decisions made. The interviewers were very friendly

I applied online for the interview. After that the the recruiter approached me for the role descriptions and salary expectations. Then there was a SQL online question which was of medium difficulty level. The next round was a technical discussion for 1 hour about most recent project and what you have learnt from it. It was a great discussion with the interviewers. They were asking several questions in between while I continue to explain the projects just to see the depth of knowledge. Finally they left 10 min at the end of interview to allow me to ask any questions. After 1 day they provided the feedback of this round and then asked me to schedule a convenient time for system design and cultural fit (both are of 1 hour duration). You will have the flexibility either to go ahead and attend both of them on the same day or choose 2 separate days. I chose to go ahead on the same day with 1st round to be system design followed by the cultural fit immediately after that. The system design interview was a discussion about what you think to solve the problem in hand as described by the interviewer with multiple question from interviewer to make it better. Think it as a requirement gathering from the interviewer and ask as many questions as you can to clarify. I felt 1 hour is a bit of less time as the interviewer has more questions for me, However we are running out of time. Finally the last 10 mins are there to clarify any questions I might have. After completing this round the final round was cultural fit where the interviewer asked many scenario based questions. This would be easy if you have identified the scenario in advance and explained them using star method. Finally after 1 week I was made aware of the results with feedback and it was positive. I was really happy with the entire process.
