60 min technical interview and 60 min cultural interview. I have felt the company went quite far with the training "How to do an interview". Both interviews looked very similar: Say your name, your position, start asking questions (from the given list).
Tech interview was all about previous experience. Video call with engineer on his laptop. You can talk tech, I was happy with the way it went. I ran out of time, but an overall positive experience. It's a bit odd that I have to squeeze presentation of myself somewhere in-between answering the questions.
The cultural interview. You ended up with the video call on the TV somewhere near the ceiling, looking at the person sitting opposite corner quite large meeting room, reading questions from the list, not really interested in answers, not giving you a chance to present yourself and constantly waiving someone else.
Expected result - failed cultural interview. Feedback - you've failed the cultural interview! I would highly recommend giving proper feedback, even if the process didn't work for both parties.
Great company, strongly recommend.

I recently interviewed for an engineering leadership role at Skyscanner, and unfortunately the candidate experience was disappointing.
I was rejected at the first-stage people management interview. The interviewer showed very little engagement throughout the call. No follow-up questions, no interest in the examples I provided, and often moved to the next question before I finished my answers. It felt more like reading from a script than having a genuine two-way conversation.
After the interview, the recruiter did not respond to my follow-up emails, and the final rejection came through a generic automated template rather than a personal message from the recruiter I had been speaking with. No feedback was provided, despite the process being advertised as a “people-first, caring, curious culture.”
Overall, the experience felt impersonal and transactional. Companies often talk about “putting people first,” but I didn't see that reflected here.

The interview was completely remote, but that may have changed by now. I was a mixture of people management, tech and culture. The question where fare and the people are genuinely excited about working for Skyscanner.

First stage interview with VP. However, they pulled the role before second stage. This was a Teams call where the VP asked various questions. Nothing else notable but there is a minimum word limit to this field.
