This was such a positive interview experience! I started with a formal HR interview online, who asked me about my availability and some basic questions about why I'm a fit for the role. Next, I was led to a short assignment where I had to write an article based on some technical aviation documents. This internship was about sustainability, so I made sure to fit the article to this theme. I proceeded to the team interview, who were both very friendly and felt were a good fit professionally. They were also encouraging about my growth during the company. Unfortunately, due to logistical constraints with my university I was not able to accept the final offer.
