I had a first interview and never heard back. The discussion itself was positive and the role seemed relevant to skills and experience. Soon after the interview, I noticed they modified the job description on LinkedIn. Initially, it did not specify experience in medical education, which later seemed to have become a top requirement. Changing the job description after receiving over 50 applications and already conducting interviews shows a lack of integrity.
