Interview was quiet good, and friendly. Confidence in your words and the right attitude is what mostly looked out here. So that's a plus I guess.

Hiring process is not stable. No proper interview is conducted. Some basic questions and you are hired. No specific interviewing panel. whoever is free will conduct interview. Interviewer will be very nice and polite.
