I got through to the second stage interview with the CEO (the first interview was great conducted by the head of design and another designer) it was clear he hadn't looked at my CV and didn't come prepared, all that was asked was to present my portfolio, no formal interview questions were asked, only if I lived in London. The interview lasted around 15 mins and the entire time it was very awkward as he wasn't prepped at all.
