During the 3rd interview while presenting , we were all on a zoom call with cameras. The only one who didn't put on the camera and had their phone on mute and never asked a question was the Manager for this position. In my opinion if you are asking a candidate to present then you should be available. For me, I felt that the person I would be reporting to should be interested in my presentation. If you ask someone to spend time working on a project for an interview, you should at least show up. Very disappointed in the respect of DailyPay.
