Easy, no experience needed . Good for new grads or new nurses that have long time to practice . Flexible schedule. Maybe the interview process lasted 3 hours. Good communication with the nurses.

The interview was quick and easy. Not many questions asked at all. Most the time you are just filling out paper work. There is also a competency exam,also very easy.
