Met with the hiring manager first. It was their "life story" interview and she gave little direction on what she was looking for. She focused on one role at the beginning of my 15 year career and didn't let me finish the rest of my "life story". I moved on to the next stage and was told I was meeting with someone. After waiting on the zoom call for 15 minutes, someone else showed up to the interview. The questions were around my thoughts on the life story interviews but that's all we covered.
