The entire experience was fantastic. Everyone was very nice, helpful and respectful. They first contacted me by email, with a very personal letter, which caught my eye. Then we scheduled a quick phone interview to know me and tell me a bit about the position. After that, we scheduled a remote technical review interview with a developer, in which I showed him my previous work and talked, very casually, about technical aspects of the job. Aditionally, I had a 1 hour phone interview with the HR person who contacted me, where we talked about my profile and aspirations. Later, they invited me to the Ottawa HQ. As I live abroad, they arranged the trip for me and my spouse. Once there, I had serie of interviews with different people in a variety of roles. One was a design-oriented interview, another one was a technical life story, a thinking process one, and finally a pair coding session.

Three stage interview. First with recruiter, next with manager and finally tech interview with developer. The interviewers were very friendly and the interview process was very smooth and the tech questions were not difficult.
