I applied online for the position, got an email about a week later asking to create a 'mock' shop using shopify and following some basic parameters. Received another email a few days after that inviting me to an interview over skype, I scheduled the interview and was told I would receive a request through skype a few minutes before the interview began. On the morning of my interview I had to reschedule (which was an option given in an email reminder) I did that and come the day of the rescheduled interview I didn't hear a word. I was ready and waiting at the correct time with skype open and nothing. No email, no request. I tried emailing the company with no response. I don't know if it was miscommunication because I rescheduled or if that rescheduling somehow caused them to not be bothered with my application any more.
The first Interview was on phone interview. I did not pass through to next stage of the process, which was an online test. After that would be another formal interview.

The interview process was pretty intense. They asked me about my life story, but I’d also created a store before that. Then I had to do a technical interview where I pretended I already had the job.

The interview experience was professional, friendly and organized. Interviewee did notify via email whether I got the offer or not. Great to hear back the results since typically companies don't.
