I knew it when I searched for the interview experience on Glassdoor. Most interview experiences are rated as negative for a reason! For whoever search for the company for the coming interview, plz do remember: never take the hiring process they told you seriously. I firstly assigned an online test and then was informed that I passed it and had the next coding interview. I checked again with HR, and was assured that would be purely about coding. I spent a lot of time preparing for this and guess what? No coding at all, it’s all about personal experiences. In the end of the interview, I asked interviewer shouldn’t it be a coding test and the interviewer said no one told her that and she haven’t seen my first round online test performance. That’s a lot of chaos and I hope anyone who is reading this could at least prepare for it. Have I tried to contact HR? Yes, I tried. Immediately after the end of interview. But no one replies as expected.
