Phone interview with HR -> Face interview with Team manager-> Design assignment -> Final Face interview with the Team lead
The overall process was quite fluent and it was an average interview process for the designer position I think.

Disappear after sending in my design assignment, recruiter was responsive up til then. Heard that others receive this treatment as well - work may have been unethically taken without credit being given.

The interview was a bit casual, but smooth, but it took a long time for me to get the offering letter (about more than 1 month). There were 2 interview stages; first one with lead designer, and the second one with head of product
