Experience based interview, where yo are asked to give examples of situations where you demonstrated certain skills. Then the interviewers probe further into the topic to get you to be more specific. You are given a chance to ask questions at the end.

Will ask you do give them trading ideas you feel kind of obligated to share your intellectual property. If you are really good and smart you will likely intimidate the hiring manager and they will likely hire someone who doesn’t out shine them
