Send the resume to HR, contact via email, clear offer with all benefits and salary etc... and after that a pleasant conversation typically involves questions about previous experiences, skills, and interests. They also asked about my field of study and where i was using english on business level. Everything online via Teams, half in english half in polish beacuse the supervisor was polish also. Everyone was very polite and friendly

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
