I applied online through my university and recieved an email a few days later to fulfill an online video interview which consisted of several recordings and a screening assessment. A few weeks later I recieved a request for a video interview which consisted of a short case and a behavior with two senior leaders. The behavioral was standard and they simply asked provided a scenario for the case and gave some time to prepare a response. Within an hour after my interview I got a call saying I passed and the recruiter would match me with a role, but I never heard back after that.

Entretien
The interview take several stages. First stage is online application, which is about submit resume and answer several questionnaires. The second stage is online test. Online test is comprised of two parts. One is personality test and the other one is decision making together with numerical questions. After successfully submit the online test. I received the email for interview at shell's office. The interview takes around one hour. And now is waiting for the result of the interview.

The first stage is the online assessment where you have to answer 50 questions or so from 3 different categories of questions; verbal, math and abstract. you have an average of 14s to answer each question. Following which there is an untimed set of questions to gauge your personality
