Entretien
First, I sent an email to the HR Department of Shell. I received a reply stating they do not have a hiring regarding my qualifications back then and the email was suggesting to apply online.
So I clicked the link in the email and sign up first. There are practical tests in the website so I answered them as a practice. The first part is about behavior, and the second part is decision making and problem solving. However, I haven't submitted my CV yet.

They provided scenarios and you have to rank each options (or solutions to the scenario).

Entretien
First part is an online test they call a "Virtual Job Tryout" and second part is the video interview. Virtual Job Tryout is like a situational judgement sort of test. 3 questions in the video interview, you can re-record as many times as you want.
