Very smooth - The recruiter I spoke with was very personable, knowledgable and genuinely invested in making sure the fit was right. It was also a very smooth and efficient process from the initial phone conversation to one-on-one interviews with a project manager and two directors.

Came in as a returning Intern. Interview was casual and questions consisted of my past experiences and college classes. Discussed future plans and what role I see myself in within the next 5 years.

Interview was very thorough. Company cares a lot about cultural fit. Four different rounds of in person interviews. Be prepared to answer the unexpected. Initial interview was by phone and then I was later called in for in person interviews.
