The department i have interviewed with only talks in mandarin. They even asked HR to translate what I am saying. I think it is not a good company for foreigners

I received the interview invite 1 week after application, and the interview was with the hiring manager and HR. it took about 1hr, pretty straight forward, we talked about background/experiences and the role responsibilities. The hiring manager cant really speak English, sometimes the HR would translate for him. I asked about the hiring process, and the HR said I will receive a feedback within a week. 1 week after, I emailed to the HR asking for status update, I am ghosted !
