It was an in depth process , where each member took initiative to have good insight of the person whom they are planning to add as a team member. This really calls for the effort Talent Acquisition & HR team puts in to ensure the onboarding is not only job role centric, but also the cultural strength is maintained. I am overwhelmed with the kind of work balance I find here despite the hectic schedule it may turn out to be sometimes.
