I first met with one of the department managers who loved my resume and insisted he wanted me on the team. After the interview I tried to contact him multiple times, and never got a call back or answer. Then, I called the Sephora directly and talked to the manager and explained the situation. She had me come in for an interview. She then set up a time to come in for another interview, which was a floor exercise where I would demonstrate my skills. When I came in for the floor exercise she told me that I killed it and gushed about how incredible I did and how I was the exact candidate they were looking for. She said she’d call me by Friday (it was Wednesday). I never got a call and continued to play phone tag for TWO MONTHS until they told me they’d already filled the position.

It was very cooperative being interviewed by the people. They helped me succeed in the position. Though the hours were sickening. The management was hard I couldn’t handle the position anymore so I decided to leave.
