Applied using an application form that included a personal statement (no CVs accepted) in October then received an invite to an "assessment centre" in February after getting a reference from a current employee. The assessment centre consisted of a 1hr 20min written test asking questions from basic electronics to the obscure. The test was split up into four sections and most questions were multiple choice. Following this assessment day I did not receive an outcome so 3 weeks later I tried emailing HR but got no response, I then tried calling and sending another email but still no response/feedback. Very frustrating.
