Very Brief. Just asked what experiences you had, if first job or not. When you are available to work. You do however get training but it wont be at the store you applied. It'll be Inc.'s own training center which you might have to travel a bit. You do get paid training, but must be on time. Most who go are high/college students, some parents and other youth.

Fill out an application and they will either interview you on the spot (if the day isn't busy) or schedule you for an interview in a couple of days. After completing an interview, if they liked you, they will ask you to begin training the same week- which is 2/3rds paid.
