They came for hiring at IIT Kharagpur.
Took an online test and then a technical interview for the shortlisted candidates. Followed by a HR round just for formality.
They won't reject you at HR round, they'll just ask your strengths and weakness, next they'll ask if you care about work ethics. Just 3 questions.
