When I interviewed back in 2016 it was just me talking one on one with a recruiter but lately, according to newly hired officers, all you have to do is fill out an application and show up for orientation. If you can pass a background check you're in.

Tell me about yourself and why do you want to work for this company.
The interview process was done via phone call and was simply to get a grasp on what experience you have and what you are after. Email -> Resume request -> Phone call -> Training.
Very easy and friendly process and they were kind to explain everything and what to expect in this job and the core principal of the company and expectations of the company

Easy and simple interview process. Found out very soon as well. Manager was good at the time. Not bad at all. Took a month from start to finish . Vetting was easy
