very easy, literally anyone can get this position due to the fact that they do not hire based on skills. usually the head of the department which you are applying for does the interview. DO NOT apply for a supervisor position unless you know what you are doing and have worked before as a team member in that area.

Once you have filled out the online application, if they like your resume, they will invite you for an interview. The interview is done with 1-2 supervisors of the department and one representative from HR.

Received an email from the HR representative to set up an interview time. Arrived to interview, and it lasted about 20 minutes. The interview was with the HR representative and the manager of the area
