In the first week of October 2023, I applied on the company's website and subsequently received a call from HR to schedule an interview. They provided me with a topic 10 days ahead of the interview, which took place in the last week of October. I was asked to deliver a 10-minute presentation on the geotechnical engineering challenges associated with offshore wind turbines. Also was given instructions to prepare for competency questions bassed on 2 criteria : Focus to Achieve Results, Collaborate and Share.
