The interview process began with an online application which was pretty standard for a mechanical graduate role. Took a few hours to complete.
This was followed by online assessments testing your numerical and inductive reasoning skills.
This was followed by a telephone interview where the questions are listed below.
This was followed by an assessment centre.
Video interview process after submitting the application back in 2022. I had to answer series of questions and record it. I had to then go for an assessment centre which was done with a group.

Completed the Hirevue interview where general interview questions were asked as well as an online assessment. The online assessment was similar to other assessments from other companies and was nothing special.
