Application is very detailed as you would expect i waited 2 months for an invite to interview. Interviewed by 3 people who were all really lovely and made me feel really relaxed.

When you come on shift you will be given a list of the jobs you need to attend. They then give you a list in which you have to prioritise.

Long process and interview tough however this is to be expected due to the company. Ensure you listen carefully and do lots of prep. Use the STAR method for your answers in order to provide a good example
