Good process, a few interviews one way, then a recruiter then hiring manager and a coding assessment on codility. No resume as they are trying a new method of assessment with a personality test and a one-way interview screener

Entretien
Pretty straightforward. Interviewers were very nice and questions were mostly behavioural. Technical questions were not overly complex, and tested thought process and ability to think on the spot more than heavy technical knowledge.
The first round was Group coffee chat. It is in a group of 10-12 people. It is virtual. It is semi-formal round just to introduce each other and expalining the further rounds and how internship works in the company.

Interview was friendly and thoughtful. There were a combination of screening, behavioural, and some technical questions. Interviewers were kind and made me feel comfortable. They also answered my questions in great detail.
