I had a short ten minute phone interview with a branch manager and got referred to the hr. Unfortunately enough the hr messed up the date for my panel interview. Her email and voice message suggested two different dates for the interview. I got an email with the WebEx invitation link but the time was scheduled on a past date. So I called and emailed her to confirm the information but got no reply. Eventually I logged onto the website at the time she suggested over the phone and waited for 20mins yet nobody showed up for the meeting. I called the hr again and left her a message. After 10 minutes one manager finally joined the meeting. Obviously he had no idea about the “scheduled” interview and asked some “unconventional” questions to fill up the time. And that was the end. Absolutely the worst interview experience ever in my life.
