There are three parts of the interview. 1: video recorded ( 5 questions ). 2: with the HR. the interview with the HR was worst interview of my life. She was so unprofessional I can not even describe in words. All the time she was interested in my income from my previous jobs. You can not ask how much money I made from my previous jobs that is so personal and unprofessional. She kept interrupted me did not even let me finish my answers. 3: interview with branch manager : at this point I was so mad because they were only gonna pay $16/hour and I had to go through 3 interviews. This is so outrageous You are hiring for CSR not for Senior manager position. GROW UP people. They offered me a position and I declined. Took other position with RBC much better pay.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

It was good but they did not want me because i did not understand the role which pissed me off a lot and i thought i got it cause i awnsered confidently

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
