I received the first phone call from HR within 24 hours from on line application. The phone screening with HR and hiring team and site interview were followed in the next 3 weeks with background and reference check and job was offered within the week of site interview. The whole process was scheduled and executed flawlessly and highly efficient. The primary HR contact exceeded my expectation by diligently and proactively following up all commitments and soliciting feedbacks to improve the hiring process and secure the prospective candidate. The team was well structured from relevant functional groups with different expertise and perspectives to conduct the interview. I declined the job offer and took another one primarily for family consideration. From the 3-week interview process I unconsciously developed an emotional attachment to SEL, a feeling of loss of something special and precious.
