The HR manager called me on Thursday to schedule a phone interview on Friday; as I called her back, we realized we were both free so did the interview right then and there on the phone. Interview ended on a positive note that she would present my background to the executives and get back to me "no later than Monday." That was 6 weeks ago. I've left three phone messages with no response. I suppose they're hoping to attract a higher qualified candidate, but want to keep me on the back burner. Don't know where they are hoping to find such an individual for what I suspect an $80K job. They keep reposting their job on their website so it looks fresh, but it's the same exact Product Manager job.
