Until who I would later find out we’re my interviewers start filing through, staring at me, on their way to the bathroom which is conveniently also in the waiting room. They then all leave the bathroom together, giggling. During the interview no one smiled, they were unwelcoming and actually actively hostile I felt. It wouldn’t kill to put people at ease if you want to genuinely get to know them. Particularly for a minimum wage entry level position.
