The first round is a HireVue, and then two rounds of behavioral interviews for the marketing internship. It was overall a pretty smooth and fast process. The only thing was that it took a month from when I first applied to them to get an email about my HireVue process.

One round of HireVue with basic questions like your interests, strengths, why Schneider. 1 minute for each.
Then one more round with the 2 senior leaders. That went quite smoothly because they seemed very kind and made you feel relaxed.

It was just one round with basic interview questions about previous experience, why this role, and asking me about my part-time experience. Why this role? accomplishments in previous jobs. The interviewer was very kind, and they said that there is only one round, and then the offer will be released

There was an online assessment with ~3 questions with ample time to answer. However, there was no feedback from the HR team of my response, which made me wonder if the slots were already filled.
