Non Relevant questions being asked at Senior Level Positions. That too by the Senior HR person based in Dubai. Please look at your interview process. We are no longer living in 1950's
HR interview, Direct line manager interview, BU head interview, Stakeholder interview, final round with HR. During the process candidate is very well informed the progress.
One can add one more interview by consulting agency involved at the beginning of the process.
