Entretien
Interview process is very well organized. Skill and competencies are evaluated along with people aspects in a single go unlike regular interview patterns where competency is evaluated 1st and then followed by a separate HR interview. Time has been properly split between the panel. Approached in a very well organized fashion and stuck to the competencies required.
