I applied for the Sustainability Manager position in Dubai. The interview was very strange, the whole time I was asked sales questions and almost nothing related to Sustainability or the Management position. It left me quite baffled and later I checked and noticed that there was another position (I believe it was Sales Manager) so I think there has been a mix up. Also the organizing of the interview itself was strange, the interview started late and then I was promised to receive feedback and never heard back again, even though I sent 2 separate emails. This leaves a very unprofessional image. I know I would have been a good fit but the weird interview mix up was really strange, also, even though a candidate does not move forward - at least reply to the email or send a message letting that person know.

Easy and straightforward, quick processing time. The interviewer gives really good feedback and gives clear feedback of what to anticipate for the next round, they are also respectful of the interviewee time. Overall pleasant experience.
