It was smooth and quick. It was a one day activity plus interview. There was problem solving and group work involved in the process.The activities was to test your ability to listen and find solutions to critical problems that might happen throughout your working career.

Assessment center was held. In the morning, there was group presentation and individual presentation. Based on the result from morning, they cut half of the people and the rest got chance to have panel interview. After the assessment center, there was another panel interview for the specific job scope.
