direct interview with HR, User and Plant director in single day. Sometime you need to go directly for face two face meeting in Batam Manufacturing plant, but it's also possible to have online skype interview.
Straightforward, not super difficult but there were a few tricky questions sprinkled in. Some technical questions and some behavioral questions. If you know your stuff you’re fine so just prep before the interview
The interview process was very smooth. First, a phone interview followed by an in-person interview that lasted over 2 hours. Overall it was a good experience. Good technical and behavioral questions.
