System Application engineer - Mechanical Engineer. my first interviews was on campus and I met with one of the managers and that went well. they had a dinner but I couldn't attend it and after that I was called for second round interviews where you sit with two interviewers my first interview that day was with a great guy he was telling me about the job duties and asked me to talk about my experience a bit I was still excited about the opportunity until I talked to a 3rd manager who interviewed me the same day and he just scared me off he said "once I had to call an employee who had to leave after 5 PM (completing his 8 hours) and tell him if he goes home he's fired and you could be working until 11 PM or 2 AM but you don't leave until everything is fixed" I didn't want to be working with in a company like that not knowing when I will get to go home.
